no progress with weight but great food

despite 4.5 to 5.5 miles per day (wed and thurs) weight about the same. working on portions now.

dinner - we tried seitan for the first time, stir fry veg and, from vegan fire and spice, p. 183 - we like seitan!
also took a sauna
also snowshoed
